
This marinade recipe is used to marinate steak cut into strips in making Bulgogi.
Ingredients Per One Pound of Bulgogi Meat:
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon grounded pear or 2 tablespoons cooking Japanese wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon green onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation and Cooking Instructions:
- Mix meat and marinate with above ingredients for three hours or longer.
- Pan fry, broil or grill for fifteen minutes.
- Serve with rice and stir fry spinach in olive oil.
